This Cloud 9 Design Specialty Photo Mats pad has perfect card stock paper to mat photos or use for card fronts or photo mats in scrapbooks or mini albums. The stack has been opened (the tape removed from sides), but no sheets are missing. There are 72 sheets of paper in this little pad! These are very high quality card stock papers!
