These Journey Color Burst pure color pencils blend a color pigment with an oil based binder that creates an extremely high quality application that can be layered and burnished. Color can be blended using Color Burst Blenders to create shadows and other blending effects. This set of 48 pencils in a heavy duty tin case are made by Spellbinders.
