This 3M/Scotch Permanent tacky glue is permanent and dries clear. This adhesive binds paper to paper, paper to plastic, metal to paper or plastic and can be used for most crafting projects. This glue dries amazingly quick and is my favorite liquid glue in the studio. Good for most papers, foam, poster boards, card stock, and cardboard. Truly a versatile product!
