Each journal has lined, notebook type paper, with 32 pages in each journal. These little notebooks are perfect to write lists, thoughts, ideas, and anything you want to remember! Very Versatile and with the gold foil accents on the cover- they really look nice inside the planner. I use one of these in my Websters Pages Midori Style Planner, as well. Wonderful product!
