This Ken Oliver Color Burst is as easy as spritz and sprinkle. Color Burst microfine concentrated powder colorant to be used with water on porous surfaces. Speed dry with heat tool. Sprinkle direct on wet surface, apply with wet brush or dissolve in water and then spray. A fixative must be used to prevent wash out on fabrics. Remember, you only need a grain to make a fabulous burst-This 6g bottle will last!
